Garlic olive oil

Why to buy expensive garlic oil when you can do it yourself at home. Feel free to add more dried condiments for a special taste.

Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic

1 In a small pot, bring the garlic and oil to a boil, then turn the heat to low, and cook for 2 minutes, until the garlic is lightly browned. Turn off the heat and set aside. The garlic will continue to cook.
2. Place them in a bowl and pour the oil over them, let to cool to room temperature.
