Ricotta lemon cookies

Ricotta lemon cookies

This cookies are not the well known crispy cookies, this cookies are soft, they are melting in your mouth. The lemon give a special taste to this amazing cookies.


Ingredients:
400 gr ricotta
2 eggs
100 gr almond powder
5 tablespoon rolled oats
half lemon grated peel
2 teaspoon Stevia
1 pinch salt
half teaspoon baking powder

1. Mix everything together in a bowl and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

2. Use a spoon to form little balls form batter.

3. Bake on 180 C for 15 minutes until the bottom are brown.
Decorate with nuts or candy.
