Curd cheese and apple cake

Curd cheese with apple cake 

This dessert not only is low carb. but it can be consumed even by people who suffer from gluten intolerance. Is a sweet flourless apple cake what sure you will bake many times.


Ingredients:
4 apple
200 gr curd cheese or Akkawi Lebanese cheese
3 gr Stevia
half teaspoon cinnamon
half teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
50 ml milk
2 large eggs
4 spoon diabetic jam

1. Place the cheese, eggs, Stevia, milk in a blender and blend it well.

2. Peel the apple and grate them on the big side of the grater, place in a bowl without the juice and sprinkle with cinnamon and baking soda.

3. Pour the mixture from the blender into the apple and mix it well.

4. Pour the dollop in a greased pan, add the jam and bake on 180 C for 45 minutes.
Let it to chill before slice.
