Flourless strawberry cake

A delicious cake made from strawberry and oats, less carbohydrate and more fibbers like the other cakes made from flour and with sugar. 
You should not forget `Portion control` is advised in every dessert and food consuming. 
You can pour on the top homemade strawberry jam to get more flavorful strawberry taste.


1 2/3 blended cup rolled oats
1/4 cup grated coconut
1 cup milk 
3 eggs
7 gr Stevia
4 1/2 tablespoon melted coconut oil
2 tablespoon coconut powder
3 tablespoon no sugar strawberry syrup
half teaspoon baking powder
half teaspoon baking soda
strawberry to taste cut in slices

1. Preheat the oven to 175C.

2. Mix in a bowl oats with coconut, baking soda and powder.

3. In other bowl whisk together the egg with Stevia, pour oil and milk into bowl, mix it well.

4. Mix together the mixtures from the two bowls, pour the batter in a greased cake pan, add the strawberry and bake 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake come out clean.
