Chicken with fried vegetables

Yep, I am a meat lover, but also I try to eat most of the time white meat.
This dish you can season after your taste, add a little bit of Chinese sauce or only fresh parsley and basil.



Ingredient:
2 large carrot
zucchini
1/2 onion sliced
1 bell green pepper
1 can of mushroom
250 gr chicken breast (marinated)

1. Peel the veggies and slice them.

2. Fry the onion on a bit of olive oil, add sliced mushroom and fry together for 5-10 minutes,cover with a lid your pan.

3. Add the other veggies and the garlic, cover the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes.

4. Fry the chicken chunks on a little oil in a different pan. Once is fried (white) enough, add to the veggies, add you favorite Chinese chilly sauce or sprinkle with seasonings.
