350 gr salmon fillet
1 teaspoon thyme
l/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1 tablespoon olive oil
half lemon zest
150 gr mushroom
1. Mix the seasoning and oil in a little bowl and pour on the Salmon, but only on the top and sides, drizzle with some oil. Let it aside for 30-60 minutes.
2. Slice the mushroom and fry them in a bit of oil. Slice the leek and place near the mushroom, smash the garlic and add into pan, fry a few minutes 4-5 minutes. Once is ready place the garnish on the plate.
3. Cut the salmon in two parts. Heat a bit of oil, 1/2 tablespoon in a pan, and pop the salmon whit the seasoning side down onto pan and fry for 4 minutes. Turn the salmon to other side and fry for 2 minutes more. You can add 1 tablespoon butter.
4. Place the salmon near garnish and enjoy your healthy food.
