   If you are looking for good Arabic food such as falafel, hummus and shawarma, then this is the best place in Dubai. In a very good location on JBR, what is a place visited by tourist and residents , you will find the Operation Falafel Arabic restaurant owned by Jordanian. 

   To get a table outside you need to be lucky, but inside the place you will find empty tables most of the time, but sure not on weekends. How we weren`t so lucky we found only empty tables inside, but this doesen`t stopped us to enjoy a really good Arabic breakfast. I must admit we had best Arabic breakfast in town, what is dangerously delicious.

Inside the decoration is very very creative, more a European street food, you won`t be lost if you don`t speak Arabic, everything is written in English to, and not only the menu.        The cozy décor invites you to experience the culture of falafel, hummus and foul. The serving decoration like the little tea pot and the aluminium dishes was very cut and creative.

   The waitresses are very well trained, you don`t need to wait hours for your food or they to take your order, I must say they do a good job.The menu is full of awesome dishes like the excellent ijjeh or fatteh with meat.
   We had ordered tea, water,8 falafel, hummus, galayet bandora, the bread and salad was included in the menu. 

     Since a long time I am carving after some hot pitta bread, and yesterday we got it,what goes well with the smoothness of the hummus, the mild spicy falafel. Inside the falafel was green, and you know what means this, this is the sign that their food is fresh.
   At the end we got the hot and not lukewarm galayet bandora, what is what meat pieces of meat, ohh dear this food you have to try in this place, they are really the king in this. I have eaten in many places this dish, but I must admit nowhere was so good like here. 

     We had ordered some extra bread and weren`t disappointed when we got them the second time also hot, fresh hot bread is the key for any Arabic restaurant.
    I will going back for sure
We had paid for our order 66Dirham, what is average price for this type of breakfast.

I suggest for them some music inside the place. My rating for them is: 9.0
