Fruit ice pops (paleo)

   Summer is on the corner and we are in diet for the bikini season and we still are carving for some low carb ice cream in this hot weather. So why not make some delicious homemade ice-pop.




Ingredients:
melon
pineapple
banana




1. Scoop out the seeds from watermelon, dice it and pop in a blender. Blend until you get a liquid. Pour in ice pop box, place in the freezer and freeze for overnight.

2. I have use pineapple and banana to be more sweet, but if you wish use only the pineapple. Cut, slice, peel, blend and pop the liquid the the ice pop box. Freeze for overnight or 5-6 hours.

Do not be afraid to try with different fruits and to make different combinations. 
Also you have to know to have a very tasteful ice pops you shell use sweet organic fruits.
