Plain Clafoutis or Milk cake 

   My first recipe is a very easy cake which I make often, every month one or two times, it isen`t only easy it is also very tasty.  The original recipe is from the French Limousin Clafoutis, but I made some changes in my recipe. You can add cherry, plumbs, apple, strawberry or blackcurrant to.
   Sometimes you want to eat something sweet but you don`t want to spend half of your day in the kitchen or you don`t afford a very expensive dessert. 
Sometimes I used to make for dinner but are times when i made for dessert, we are eating it whit jam, icing sugar or even plain. If you make diet same as I  than you should use Stevia instead of sugar and eat only as dessert :-)


3 eggs
1 L milk
20 dkg flour
10 dkg sugar
1 tsp  vanilla

1.Preheat the oven to 180C.

2.Beat together the 3 eggs, the flour, sugar and vanilla . Stir it well till u get a homogen dollop, than mix lightly whit the milk ( you should do same as you are doing the pancake or crepes only here u will get a more liquid dollop). 

3.Pour in lightly greased heat resistant or heat-proof bowl and bake in preheated oven 35 to 40 minutes, or until sides are brown . It should be slightly wobbly in the center, after a few minutes it will set . 

You can serve warm or wait until is going cold so you can put icing sugar on the top.
