Easy Carrot cake

I have tried several carrot cake recipes, but this is far for one of my bests. Easy, soft and very delicious, you will need a mug to measure the ingredients. It can be served with ice-cream, whipped cream or icing sugar.


1,5 mug flour (1 mug= 250 ml)
half mug sugar
half mug oil
1,5 mug milk
1,5 mug grated carrots
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
2 eggs
quarter mug of nuts

1. Preheat the oven to 180C.

2. Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger and nuts.

3. Beat the egg with the milk and oil, add the sugar and grated carrots.

4. Add the carrot mixture to the flour mixture and mix it together.

5. Bake it for 30 minutes.
