Chocolate chips muffin

One reason we love making muffins because are usually simple and fast to make. We know many recipes and many types, we eat at children party`s, for breakfast, during watching movies, when we are moody or only when we are craving for something sweet.
Tips: muffin batter is quite delicate, it can “crush” easily. You should use a spoon or wooden spoon to mix the batter because if you use a hand mixer, you need to be careful not to over mix the batter, which will give you a rock hard, dense, and crumbly product.

These chocolate chip muffins don’t require any fancy equipment.

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1.Preheat the oven to 180C.

2.Mix together the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt.

3.In another bowl beat the egg and add the oil and milk.

4.Stir in to dry ingredients just until moistened and add the chocolate chips.

5. Bake it for 20-25  minutes.
