Chickpeas - Garbanzo beans

Not only healthy but also delicious dinner or lunch meal. The recipe is very easy and you will find everything in the fridge for this tasty meal. Chickpeas are naturally low in fat, high in dietary fiber and rich in vitamins and minerals. Chickpeas comes in different colors including black, green, red and brown beans.




Ingredients:

2 can chickpeas
1 big onion
1 carrot
1 tomato
2 smash cloves garlic
1 green bell pepper
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp red pepper
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp tomato sauce 
2 bay-leafs
1 tsp salt 

1. Cut the onion and carrot and fry in cooking oil, add the black and red ground pepper.

2. Cut the green bell pepper in pieces and add to the onion. 

3. Pour out the water from the chickpea can and add the chickpeas to the onion and green bell pepper. Add the garlic.

4. Add 2 mug of water, add the mustard, tomato sauce, bay leafs . Cut the tomato and add to the chickpeas.

5. Cover with a lid and cook it for 20 minutes. One - two time stir it.
