Macaroni, cheese and mushrooms


If you do not know what to eat for lunch or dinner than you should try this recipe, this will make you feel full. It is very easy to make and the ingredients aren't expensive.





Ingredients:




200 gr cooked macaroni
1 clove garlic 
half big onion
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 egg
1 tbsp corn flour
400 gr plain yogurt
150 gr grated cheese



1. Preheat the oven to 200C.

2. Mix the yogurt, ground black pepper, corn flour and egg, stir it well.

3. Cut the onion and put on the frying pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil, when the onion is fried add the mushroom and fry it together (8-10 minutes) on low fire, add the smashed garlic.

4. Add the mushroom to the macaroni and place in a lightly greased glass oven dish.

5. Pour the yogurt egg mix on the macaroni and sprinkle with the grated cheese.

6. Bake it for 35 minutes.
