Chinese Coleslaw salad

In almost every Chinese restaurant I got this salad. It is different from it`s American sibling, the taste is very good and I think is more healthy because they do not use mayonnaise on the Chinese version of the salad.




Ingredients:
one little cabbage roughly chopped
2 green onion
3 small cucumber
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 half teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 tablespoon peanut oil
 half lime juice
3 tablespoon roasted almond or cashew (I didn`t use in my salad)

1. Combine cabbage, cucumbers, peanuts in a large bowl. 
2. Whisk white vinegar, oil, lime juice and salt using in a small bowl. Pour over the vegetable mixture and toss to coat.
