Potato cream soup

If you like creamy soups that sure this will be one of your favorites soup. Serve with croutons for Lunch or Dinner and hot or cold. It is so easy to prepare this soup that the beginner housewife can do it perfect.

250 gr potato or 2 big potato
100 ml cooking cream
teaspoon salt
1 clove smashed garlic
1 vegetable or chicken stock cube
half teaspoon ground black pepper
parsley to taste

1. Peel the potato, dice in cubes and wash them. Pour 1 L water in a cooking pot, add the potatoes,stock cube  and salt, cover the pot with a lid and cook the potatoes.

2. When the potato is ready cooked, use a blender stick and blend the potato with the remaining water from the pot. Add the black pepper and smashed garlic.

3. Pour the cooking cream on the potato soup, mix it well and place back on medium fire, stirring a few times.
4. Add the parsley and croutons, add more salt to taste.
