Cream farfalle

    This dish it can be a really delicious for lunch. Is very easy to prepare and  you can't ruin it only make it better and better each time. 
   Feel free to use other type of pasta if you don`t have farfalle, add diferent taste of cheese or a little bit of smoked ham.



Ingredients :

300 gr cooked farfalle
2 cloves smashed garlic
150 ml cooking cream
half diced bell pepper 
one teaspoon salt
half teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoon flour
2 melted tablespoon butter
300 ml milk
half cup grated cheese

1.Preheat the oven to 200 C.

2. Make the bachamel sauce from the 2 tablespoon butter , flour and milk. Heat the melted butter in a pan, add the flour and whisk it well, pour the milk and whisk it constantly until you get a thick sauce.

3. Pour the cooking cream in the sauce and mix it well, add the smashed garlic,black pepper and cheese and mix it well.

4. Place the farfalle in a lightly greased casserole, add the belle pepper, sprinkle with salt and pour the sauce onto. Bake 35-40 minutes
