Roast chestnuts 

Nothing can compare with the roasted chestnuts taste, in early autumn or winter, it is a traditional dessert for Christmas in many country in Europe.
I remember every time, when we go out with my friends our first way was to buy chestnuts, I am sure the seller already know know us from far.

It is very easy to prepare, you only need to follow some simple steps:

1. Place the chestnuts to soak in water for overnight, you can put also for 1-2 hours.

2. Cut a large X on the chestnuts with a sharp knife all the way through the skin.


3. Still wet chestnuts place into pan, with the X up.

4. Cover the pan with a kitchen foil, and bake on 200C for 35 minutes, than remove the kitchen foil and bake another 30 minutes.
