Healthy banana pancake (paleo,dairy free)
I never ever thought that this recipe can be so good and healthy. Can you recall that photo what is circulating even this days on the social network about pancakes made from 2 eggs and 2 banana, yes yes this is that recipe , and I must say we love it, I added 1 tsp cacao to banana, this is the reson why my are brown and not yellow.
Top with jam, Nutella or in healthy way with coconut cream.
Ingredients:
2 ripped banana
2 medium eggs
1 tsp cacao powder
coconut cream for topping
1. Smash the banana. Stir well the eggs in different bowl than add to the banana.
Are people who pop the eggs and banana in a blender and blend until is soft, I never tried in this way, but after they says it is working.
2 Heat 1 tbsp coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil , place one tablespoon from the banana mixture, fry each part for 1-2 minutes.
