Paleo strawberry dumplings (dairy, nuts and gluten free)

Have you ever eaten dumplings? Back in my home country we are making them from sweet cheese or we stuffed them with plums seasoned with cinnamon. The only problem with it is that they are not plaeo, they call for sour cream, or cheese or potato and sugar, but no problem I made a paleo version, and to be honest come out very delicious.

Ingredients:
For the dough
200 gr well cooked cauliflower
1 tbsp Stevia
1 large egg
100 gr arrowroot flour
4 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp psyllium husk
10 strawberry (not frozen)
To sprinkle
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp coconut milk powder
1 tbsp coconut flour

1.Place the cauliflower in a bowl , add the eggs and Stevia and wish well until is smooth.

2. Place the arrowroot ,coconut and psyllium husk in the bowl and whisk well. Let it aside for 30 minutes.

3. In a sauce pan put water to boil ( 1 l with 1 tbsp oil)

4. Form little balls from the dough , place the strawberry inside and place them in the boiling water. Let it to boil for a few minutes, until the ball rise on the top ( 4-6 minutes).

5. Rise the balls and sprinkle with cinnamon and coconut milk powder and flour.
