Homemade tomato sauce
Ingredients for tomato sauce in 3 dish Spaghetti bolognese:
4 big red tomato
1 big grated carrot
2 cloves garlic
1 tspn basil
2 pinch sugar
2 pinch salt
1 tbsp oil
2 bay leafs
1. Wash and cut the tomatoes. Put in a sauce pan. Add the oil, smashed garlic, grated carrot, bay leaves, sugar, pour half cup water on it and mix it.
2. Cover the pan with a lid and on low heat cook the tomato mixture until tomato is well cooked. (approximately 30 minutes)
3. Take out the bay leaves and mix the tomato sauce with a stick blender.
