So many house, so many recipes for this amazing meatball. Every country and region make his own meatballs, but most of sure every recipe is very tasty. Meatballs are always a tasty meal to make from mince.
This simple recipe for delicious homemade meatballs can be flavored with tomato or sour cream sauce, or just eat it plain.


500 gr beef (turkey, pork) mince
2 slices bread, turned into breadcrumbs (80-100 gr breadcrumbs)
1/2 medium onion, finely diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tspn salt
1 tspn ground black pepper
1 tspn paprika
2 tspn basil
parslay to taste (1-2 tspn fresh chopped)

1. Mix everything in a large bowl using your clean hand.

2. Pour oil on a saucepan approximate 1,5 dl and put on the heat.

3. Wet your hands and form little golf balls from the mixture. 4. Add the meatballs to the pan. Turn each one until browned all over
