No- Bake cheese cake with homemade strawberry jam

This recipe is another recipe from my flourless recipe collection. The same as in others in this to I wont use flour and sugar. Fell free to serve with other flavors of jam. It will be the one of the best dessert what you will take during your diet or if you suffer from diabetes, but you never forget the Portion Contro!

Ingredients for a 21*21 cm pan:

half cup unsalted nuts
one cup oatmeal (wholegrain rolled oats)
120 gr unsalted melted butter
1,5 tbsp plain yogurt
500 gr unsalted ricotta or curd cheese
100 gr yogurt mix with 1 tspn strawberry jam
4 gr Stevia and a bit of vanilla powder
half lemon zest


1. Put nuts and oats in a blender and ground them. Pour melted butter in ground mixture and add the 1,5 tbspn of plain yogurt, mix it well. Press into  pan and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill.

2. In a bowl mix the ricotta, Stevia, vanilla, zest and strawberry yogurt. Mix until become soft cream. Add more Stevia to taste.

3. Pour the cheese mixture on the crust from the fridge.

4. Pour the strawberry jam on the cake. Place the cake in the fridge to chill 2 hours before serve it.
