Green beans casserole 

One of the easiest and tasty recipe what can be consumed by persons who suffer from diabetes, who make diet or to vegetarians without frankfurters.For dinner or lunch it will be just perfect, feel free to add more and different type of cheese.



Ingredients:

400 gr green beans (I have used frozen one, before baking them I cooked them in a little water and then put in a strainer for 30-60 minutes)
1 egg
250 gr plain yogurt
2 cloves smashed garlic
2 pinch salt
3 frankfurters
grated cheese to taste

1. Grease one casserole dish and sprinkle with a little bread crumbs or semolina. Place the green bean on it and sprinkle with the salt.

2. Mix the egg with yogurt and smashed garlic.

3. Cut the frankfurters in slices and place on the green beans. 

4. Pour the yogurt mixture on the frankfurters green beans. Add the grated cheese.

5. Bake 30-40 minutes or until the top is light brown.
