Chicken with mushrooms
I added some chilly for a hot taste.
300 gr chicken breast cubes
200 gr slice mushrooms
chilly to taste
half teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoon soy sauce( you can add 150 ml chicken stock soup)
half teaspoon rosemary
half teaspoon salt
2 smashed garlic
1. Cut the onion in slice and fry with the onion for 7 minutes, stirring a few times. Sprinkle with the salt and black pepper.
2. Add the chicken cubes, and fry until the chicken turn out white. Add the soy sauce and pour 100 ml water on it. Sprinkle with the rosemary and add the chilly and garlic.
3. Cover the pot with a lid and cook it on medium fire for 15 minutes. Stir it a few times.
