Chicken with soy sauce

This Chinese chicken recipe can be a great meal for lunch or dinner. For this dish, it is quite important to use good quality soy sauce and fresh vegetables, the soy sauce is the star of the dish.


300 gr chicken breast
3 big carrot
2 bell pepper
1 onion
3 Lebanese cucumber
1 clove smashed garlic
half teaspoon ground ginger
4 tablespoon soy sauce
20 gr cashew nuts
2 tablespoon sesame seeds

1. Dice the chicken breast and fry into a cooking pan or wok, in 1 tablespoon oil until they turn white. After they turned white place them into a plate.

2. Put the cashew nuts in the oil in what you cooked the chicken. Slice the carrot, bell pepper, cucumber, smashed garlic and onion and place them in the cooking pan, fry them 5 minutes, shake the pan in every half minute, do not mix it with a spoon.

3. Put the chicken onto the vegetables, sprinkle with the ginger, add the soy sauce and sesame seeds. Shake the pan to mix the soy sauce with the vegetables and chicken.

4. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes, shake a few times to not burn.
Serve in a hot plate.
