Stuffed tomato with mushroom

Stuffed tomato is a very easy recipe, the ingredients you can combine after your taste. You can make for meat lovers or a vegetarian meal too.

6 medium tomato
150 gr sliced mushroom 
half teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon rosemary
2 teaspoon cream cheese
half diced medium onion
50 gr ready couscous 

1. Preheat the oven to 190 C.

2. Wash the tomato and cut the top, use a spoon to scrub the inside of the tomato.

3. Dice the onion and fry until soft on a little oil. Add the sliced mushroom, fry 5 minutes, stirring to not burn.

4. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and start to stuff the tomato with it.

5. In a greased pan, bake the tomato 30 minutes, sprinkle with parsley.
