Vegetable ragu

A tasty and healthy food, not only for vegetarians. For lunch or dinner this dish will be just perfect. Fell free to add more chilly for a hotter taste.


2 big bell pepper
3 big tomato
half can chick peas
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 onion
1 pickled Lebanese cucumber
half teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
half teaspoon paprika
half teaspoon rosemary
half teaspoon marjoram
half teaspoon oregano
parsley to taste

1. Cut the onion and fry until soft in a bit of oil.

2. Wash and dice vegetables, place them on the onion. Sprinkle with paprika, ground pepper, salt and condiments. Add the chopped garlic, picked cucumber cubes and chick peas.

3. Pour 150 ml water into the pot, cover with a lid and on low heat cook for 20 minutes, stirring a few times.

4. Sprinkle with parsley.
