Thai chicken 

Is a really delicious Asian recipe. It can be prepared in a few minutes so it will just fit in a rushing day to, will be perfect for dinner or lunch.


200 gr boneless chicken breast
1 big bell pepper
1 big carrot
1 medium onion
1 clove smashed garlic
100 gr sliced cabbage
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1. Cut the meat in cubes and on 1 tablespoon olive oil fry them until they become white, than set it aside.

2. Cut the pepper, carrot and onion, place them in the pot what you use to fry the chicken. Add the cabbage, pour 50 ml water into pot and fry together for a few minutes, shaking the pot few times.

3. Mix together in a mug soy sauce, ginger and garlic, pour 1 tablespoon vinegar and 3 tablespoon water and mix it well.

4. Place the chicken into pot near vegetables, pour soy sauce into pot and mix it, cook for another 5 minutes.
