Shrimp on rice with nuts

Shrimps can be very delicious if you know how to prepare it. Cooked with lemon juice or coconut milk it can be a really delicious dinner or lunch.


150 gr frozen pink shrimps
150 gr ready cooked rice
1 lemon juice
50 ml cooking cream
1 pinch ground chilly
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
50 gr butter
20 gr nuts
1 green onion
1 smashed clove

1.Place the frozen shrimps under running water for a few minutes.

2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, nuts and garlic. When the butter melts completely, remove from heat. Add the shrimps into pot with the chopped onion and fry for 3 minutes.

3.Pour the lemon juice and cooking cream into pot, pour 50 ml water, sprinkle with salt, chilly and ground black pepper and mix it well.

4. On a low heat fry for 10 stirring a few times.

5. Pour the sauce on the ready cooked rice.
