Sweet cheese balls

One of my favorite dessert during my diet period was the unsalted low fat Ricotta, from this delicious cheese you can prepare lots of desserts and foods.
Sweet cheese balls can be a good dessert or even breakfast. For topping use cinnamon or cacao powder mixed with low fat yogurt.

Ingredients:

450 gr low fat unsalted Ricotta cheese
4 gr Stevia
1 big banana
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4 tablespoon coconut flour or low almond flour
1 teaspoon cacao powder
4 tablespoon low fat yogurt
1 teaspoon or 1 teaspoon unsweetened cacao powder

1. In a blender mix 150 gr Ricotta with banana, baking soda, Stevia and eggs, once you mix it well pop the mixture in a bowl and add the other part of Ricotta and coconut flour and mix it with a spoon. Let is aside for 30-60 minutes , than form small balls from it.

2. Boil water in a pot, pour 1 teaspoon of oil in the water. Once the water is boiling, pop slowly the balls in water, and reduce the heat to low. Cook it for 5-7 minutes. You may give a gentle stir to ensure the balls don't rest on the bottom of the pot. When the balls float to the surface they are done .Using a slotted spoon, remove the cooked balls and place them on a plate.

3. In a mug mix the yogurt and cinnamon or cacao powder. Before serving the balls top with cinnamon or cacao sauce.
