Chili powder and cumin help flavor the dressing for this spicy chicken salad, at the end garnish your salad with a little Greek yogurt.
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper- cumin- garlic powder- coriander powder
300 gr boneless chicken breast
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoon Greek yogurt
1. Cut the chicken breast in 3 big slice horizontally, seasoning them with the spice and let them aside for 5 minutes.
2. Wash and dry your salad , cut the onion , tomato and cucumber and place them in a big bowl.
3. Fry the chicken breast both sides, place them on a cutting board and cut in slide slices.
