Paleo mango cream, dairy-, gluten-,eggs-, nuts- and flour free (paleo recipe)

This recipe is one of the most easiest summer dessert from my summer recipe collection.
Is not only allergy friendly, is also low in carb and can be consumed by children also. Is diary- gluten- egg- nuts, flour and processed sugar free, perfect for a hot summer day.


Ingredients:
1 sweet or ripe mango (peeled and diced)
1/2 can cold but not frozen coconut cream 
1 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 tsp Stevia (or honey)

1. Use a blender to mix the ingredients.
2. Pop in ice cream bowls or mug. 
3. Place in the fridge for 1-2 hour to chill. (Do not freeze it)
