Paleo vegetarian wrap or tortilla (dairy free, flour free, nut free)

       For a busy morning every time is welcome a delicious wrap. Also this you can pop in your lunch box or eat for dinner.
       I have used fish for filling, but you can use from fried vegetables to meat everything after your taste.

Ingredients for tortilla:
1 large egg
2 tablespoon of water (or 1 water-1 coconut milk)
2 pinch sea salt
2 pinch ground black pepper
1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
1 tablespoon psyllium husk

1. Mix all together. Pour on a frying pan and fry the both sides for 2 minutes.
2. Let it to chill on a paper towel.
3. Fill with the goodies.
