Fried fish from Fish and chips (paleo, flour free, grain free)

I must admut that I love fish and chips, but since I have been followibg the paleo diet this goodie is band. I had tried some times to fry some fish in paleo way, but with not so much succed. Yesterday I hit the jack pot with this new recipe.

Ingredients:
Thaw fish 
Arrowroot flour
Salt 
Paprika
Lemon 

1 Cut in big chunks the fish.
2 Use a papertowel to dry the slices
3 Pop the chunks in arrowroot, to cover all the fish.
4 Place the chunks in hot olive oil and fry until golden brown (approx 3 minutes).
Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
Serve with horseradish and lemon slice.
