I have found another great recipe for a paleo bread or naan, since I made a little bit of modifications on the recipe I thought to post it for you too.
2 mugs blended cauliflower
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg+ 1 yolk
1/4 cup arrowroot
1/2 mug blended almond
1.Fill a large pot with about an inch of water, and bring it to a boil. Add the blended cauliflower and cover; let it cook for about 4-5 minutes. Drain into a fine-mesh strainer.Wrap up the steamed rice in the dishtowel, twist it up, then squeeze!! all the excess moisture out! (Be careful not to burn your hands!)
2 In a bowl add the eggs, blended almond , arrowroot flour and cauliflower, mix it well. Season with salt and thyme or any other seasoning after your taste.
3.Heat a pan with 1 teaspoon olive oil, add the half of the mixture, flat the top and bake each side for 2 minutes.
