Coconut raw cake 

I love to make raw cakes, they are easy to make, and you can combine different tastes.




Ingredients:
For the base
1 green apple blended
1/2 mug blended almond, or cashew
1/2 mug desiccated coconut flakes
5 tablespoon dates paste
5 tablespoon water
5 tablespoon coconut milk or water
For the white
1 can chilled coconut cream
1/2 cup desiccated coconut flakes
2 teaspoon raw honey

1. Heat the dates paste with water. In a bowl add the ingredients for the base and the dates paste. Combine it well and place in a cake pan.
2. Pop in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
3.  Whisk  the chilled coconut cream until become a foam, at least for 2 minutes with a mixer until creamy. Then add the honey, desiccated coconut and whisk more. 
4. Pour the cream onto the cake base and let it to chill for 2-3 hours.
