Lemon coconut tart (raw dessert, dairy , nut , flour and processed sugar free)
Another delish paleo recipe, made gluten, dairy and processed sugar free, and yep is raw and vegan.
Ingredients for the base:
1/2 mug lukewarm dates paste
1/4 mug desiccated coconut
half lemon zest
Ingredients for white cream
1 mug coconut cream (let it for overnight in the fridge)
1/4 teaspoon Stevia
1/2 mug desiccated coconut
1 lemon zest
bio lemon peel and slice
1. Mix the base ingredients, place on a plate and pop in the fridge for 10-20 minutes. You can add also nuts for the base or chia seeds.
2. Beat the chilled coconut cream until become a foam, at least for 30 seconds with a mixer until creamy. Then add lemon zest, desiccated coconut and Stevia and beat more. Pop the cream in the fridge for 10 minutes.
3. Place the coconut cream onto base and add some grated lemon on the top.
4. Chill the cake before serving.
