Hungarian farfalla and cheese


You can see from the title this isen`t the classic American pasta dish recipe. If i translate word by word the Hungarian title it will be ``Cheese Macaroni baked in tube`.  It is also very tasty recipe and  you will probably bake it a few times.



Ingredients :

200dkg macaroni (I made from farfalla)
200dkg shredded Cheddar
10dkg chicken breast
1 green capiscum (green bell pepper)
270 dl yogurt
1 egg
3 tbsp flour
salt, garlic and pepper to taste



1.In a large pot of salted water add the macaroni and cook according to the packet instructions. Add 2 tbsp of oil in the boiling water.

2.Preheat the oven to 200C.

3.Whisk the egg and yogurt together in a large cup, add the garlic and half of the cheese. Stir it well.

4.Drain and rise the pasta whit cold water and add it immediately to the sauce. Give it a good stir.

5.Cut the chicken breast in little cubs, bake them on olive oil and add to the macaroni, add slice of capiscum.

6.Put in a lightly greased baking dish, top whit the remaining Cheddar.

Bake it for 40 minutes or till the top is a tiny bit brown.
