Dijon Mustard Chicken sauce

With my husband we are a huge fan of chicken breast, but to not get bored I invent new recipes. One of this is my mustard sausage chicken recipe. You can serve for lunch or dinner, with rice or pasta, it is very easy to make and won`t take more than 25 minutes. Feel free to add more mustard, garlic or parsley. I use a very delicious Dijon mustard, the taste is like mustard mix with horseradish.

Ingredients:

400-500 gr chicken breast (cut in cubes)
1 medium onion
1 tsp salt (to taste)
2 tbsp mustard
1 tsp black pepper
250 gr plain yogurt
1 tbsp corn flour
200 ml water
1 clove garlic
Marinate:1 tsp ground ginger-1 tsp ground coriander-1 tsp ground black pepper-1 tsp turmeric

1.Add the marinate ingredients in a bowl and mix whit 2 tbsp of oil. Add the chicken breast cubes. (leave it for 5 minutes, also you can do before a day an place in fridge in a bowl with cower)

2. Cut the onion in pieces and with 1 tbsp oil fry in a saucepan until is golden or soft. Add the black pepper.

3. Add the chicken to the onion, add the salt too and stir it well. Cover with a lid and on low heat fry for 4-5 minutes until the chicken color is white (stir it a few times to not burn)

4. Add the water and bring to boil.

5. Mix the yogurt with mustard and smashed garlic. Add 2 tbsp of hot soup from the saucepan, stir it well then add to the chicken.

6. On low heat bring to boil or until the soup is tick and become sausage.
