Chicken with nuts and soya sauce

If you don`t want to spend all your day in the kitchen, but you wish to cook something tasty and healthy than this recipe will be a good choice. You can serve with pasta , rice or smashed potatoes.



Ingredients:

250 gr chicken breast
2 cloves garlic
1 medium carrot
1 medium onion
50 gr unsalted nuts
1 tspn cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
2 tbspn soya sauce

1. Cut the chicken in cubes and fry them until turn white in 2 tbsp of oil. Place the chicken in a plate.

2. Put the nuts in the oil in what the chicken fried, add the cumin and bay leaf  and heat the oil. 

3. Cut the onion, garlic and carrot in slices and put them  in the cumin nuts oil. Fry on medium heat until it get soft. Add the soya sauce and 100 ml water, cook stirring for 5 minutes

4. Add the chicken to the soya sauce, cover the saucepan with a lid and cook for another 10 minutes.
