Flourless nut cake 

This nut cake is another flourless cake from my oatmeal recipe collection. . 
You don`t have to be worried about the missing flour or sugar from the ingredients, I guarantee your cake it will be perfect tasty and delicious. 
This cake is high in fiber, so I advise you to eat in the morning or afternoon.




Ingredients :

1,5 cup oatmeal (wholegrain rolled oats)
half cup unsalted nuts
1 cup milk
130 gr unsalted melted butter
2 eggs
1 tspn ginger powder
1 tspn baking powder
2 pinch baking soda
6 gr Stevia
one orange 

1. Place the oats in a blender and ground it, then put in a large bowl. Put the nuts in the blender and ground it, put on the oats, add the baking and soda powder, mix it well. Peel the orange, cut into small bits and add to the oats mixture.

2. Preheat the oven to 180C.

3. Whisk well the melted butter with the eggs, add the Stevia and ginger to them. Pour the milk on the egg mixture and stir it well with a kitchen whisk.

4. Pour the milk mixture on the oat mixture and stir it. Pour the dough in a slightly greased 21*21 cm pan and bake it for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of the cake, came out clean.

Serve it warm or cold.
