Mince in tomato sauce with rice
Ingredients:
200 gr cooked rice
150 gr mince (beef, turkey, pork)
200 gr tomato sauce
1 bay leaf
1 medium onion
1 tspn salt
1 tspn oregano and basil
half tspn black pepper
yogurt and parsley to taste
1. Cook the rice.
2. Cut the onion in slices and fry it until soft in a tbsp of oil. Add the mince, sprinkle with basil, oregano, black pepper and add the bay leaf. Cover with a lid and on medium heat cook it for 15 minutes, stir it a few times to not burn.
3. Add the tomato sauce in the mince, sprinkle with salt and add 100 ml of water. Cover with a lid and cook for another 10 minutes on medium heat.
4. Serve it with yogurt.
