Meatballs in sour cream
350 gr minced meat
1 medium onion
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
half chicken stock
200 ml sour cream or cooking cream
1 tablespoon corn starch
ready cooked pasta or macaroni
1. Prepare the meatballs and fry them on a little oil.
2. Place the fried meatballs in a pot, pour 100 water add bay leaves and the chicken stock, bring to a boil.
3. Mix the sour cream with one tablespoon corn starch or flour and pour in the boiling water, stirring a few times bring to a boil. Pour the sauce on the pasta.
If you are using cooking cream, than you should pour in the boiling water the cream and stirr a few times, until you get a thick sauce.
Serve it hot or warm.
