Pan fried fish
Once at week we use to eat fish in our family, most the time I make this recipe, what is very easy to prepare.
We serve with salad or Fried polenta.
500 gr fish fillet (I use without bones)
3 cloves garlic
chilly to taste
3 tablespoon olive oil
half teaspoon rosemary
1 lemon juice
half teaspoon ground black pepper
half teaspoon salt
1. Place the garlic and finely chopped chilly in 3 tablespoon oil and allow them to flavor the oil for a minutes and lay down your fillets and fry every side for 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Cover the pan with a lid until is frying the fish.
You don`t need to eat the garlic cloves they are simply there to flavor the oil.
2. Pour the lemon juice on it, serve it hot or warm.
