Puff pastry stuffed with Feta cheese

        One of the most easy way to bake a delicious breakfast, dessert or snack is to use puff pastry. There`s no limit to variety the puff pastry, use your favorite filling: Nutella, chocolate, jam, cheese, nuts, spinach..... 
        Make it round, form croissant or rectangular sure will be your family favorite snacks.

200 gr Feta cheese
chopped parsley
1 green onion diced chopped
400 gr puff pastry square
1 egg

1. Follow the pastry instructions. ( Take out the pastry from the pack and thaw at room temperature for a few minutes)

2. In a dish mix the Feta cheese with onion and parsley. Place the filling on the pastry,lightly brush the pastry with a bit of water on the side where you will press the pastry together.

3. Whisk the egg in a mug and brush the top of pastry with the egg.

4. Bake on 200 C for 15 minutes, until is golden brown.
