Simple basic cake

This is a cake recipe what I use to use when I am baking cake for different occasions. 
It is very simple and you don`t have how to make mistakes.


6 large eggs on room temperature!
6 tablespoon all purpose flour
6 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
half teaspoon baking powder

1. Preheat oven to 160 C. Grease a 26 cm cake pan.
3. Whisk together the egg whites with 1 pinch salt and lemon juice until you get a light foam than, add one at a time the sugar. Whisk until you get a strong foam.
4. Carefully add one by one the egg yolks and mix it with a wooden soon until combine.
5. Mix the flour with baking powder. Carefully sift the flour on part in the egg mixture and mix it carefully. Sift the other part of flour into foam.
6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, in the first 10 minutes do not open the door from the oven.
