Mushroom balls

Mushroom balls are a perfect appetizer or dinner. Use different type of mushrooms to have a better taste. It can be made very easy, so you can pop even in your lunch-box.


Ingredients:

500 gr mushroom different types (I used 2 types)
half medium onion
1/4 cup chopped parsley
half teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
1 smashed garlic
4-5 tablespoon bread crumbs or semolina

1. Slice the mushroom and fry together with the onion in a bit of olive oil. Once is fried enough turn of the heat and place aside until chill down.

2. Add the parsley, thyme,baking soda,garlic, egg, bread crumbs and salt.to the mushrooms and place everything in a blender. Blend for a few seconds until you get a mixture from what you can form balls. (Add more bread crumbs if need )

3. In a pot heat oil and pop the balls in the hot oil, turn them over and fry on each sides.
