Pan fried steak and mushroom sauce

Since the autumn is knocking on our door, we are starting to eat the well known pickled cucumber with dill. This pickles are going well with all types of meat made steak or stew.
If you are fed up from the well known steak ,than you should try this way of frying to have a delicious meat for your lunch or dinner.



Ingredients:
1 piece of meat beef or veal
1 can mushrooms
50 gr light cooking cream
picked cucumber
dill, black pepper, thyme

1. Season the meat with ground dill and ground black pepper and a pinch of chilly, live it aside for 30 minutes on room temperature.

2. Pop the mushrooms into pan, fry them a bit, sprinkle with a pinch of thyme, than pour the light cream on it, on a low heat stir a few times until is ready, ad a little bit of salt, after taste.

3. In a skillet heat 1 tablespoon oil, and place the veal into, fry on both sides, 4-4 minutes, and let it in the pan, sprinkle with a pinch of salt.

4. Place your steak on a plate, pour the sauce on it and serve with pickled cucumbers.

    Recently I have started experimenting my culinary skilla in mushrooms... so I am on a look for good mushroom recipes. Found this pan fried steak and mushroom sauce really amazing! I made this baby corn mushroom salad , which was yet another delicious recipe with mushroom . Believe me guys it was yum!!
