Diet left over chicken 

I had half of grille chicken from yesterday and how today I had a busy today, I thought to prepare something really quick and in the same time tasty lunch.
So I seasoned the chicken pieces and I made a quick salad, the result is fabulous, a healthy delightful meal.




Ingredients:
left over from rotisserie chicken, skin removed and meat shredded (about 1 cup)
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove smashed garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
salad
cucumber
vinegar
yogurt
half lemon zest

1. Pour the oil in a pan, place the shredded chicken and fry it for 2 minutes. Then add the garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, paprika and fry another 3 minutes.
2. Wash the salad and place on the plate, wash, peel and cut the cucumber , place on the salad and add 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.
3. Place the meat near the salad on the plate and pour the yogurt on the top.
Sprinkle your meat with the lemon zest.
