Paleo chicken nuggets (dairy- gluten- flour and eggs free, paleo)

      I am in love in chicken nuggets, I believe they are the best fast food after burgers, especially they are allergy friendly. It will be hard to go back to shop bought frozen nuggets after you have tasted these. Is also a real kid-pleaser. Adults will enjoy this recipe for a tasty appetizer, too! Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces if desired.
      You can bake them in oven on 400 degrees or just fry them in olive oil. 



Ingredients:
300 gr chicken breast 
5 tbsp coconut flour
1 1/2 tbsp arrowroot flour
1/4 bsp desiccated coconut flakes 
chicken tikka powder (or you can use any seasonings after your taste)




1.  Slice the chicken breast or cut them in small chunks, and dip them in coconut milk or any dairy free milk.  

2. On a plate mix the coconut and arrowroot flour  and desiccated coconut with the seasonings and dip the chicken on them. 

3. Pour oil on a pan and pop the chicken chunks on them and fry them in both sides.
